DAKINI GARDENS AND RETREAT
Starting a small meditation retreat center was Carley Fonville's vision after a pilgrimage to Mount Kailash in Tibet. Now 4 years later, Carley and her partner Emily DuBois, bought developed and started Dakini Gardens and Retreat, where dozens of people each year have completed successful workshops, retreats, work exchange programs, among other activities. Our vision is for our gardens to become self-sufficient, while providing meditation and wellness programs for our local community and far-flung visitors.
